I found the location quite convenient. It was just a short walk to the city center! the breakfast had various options with both buffet and à la carte choices. the room had a smart control system. This controlled the air conditioning effectively.
The front desk staff wasn't up to par for a hotel of this supposed caliber though. It seemed they missed handling some of my requests .

The staff were helpful. They assisted with questions and requests. The location allowed me to walk to many sights. I stopped for dinner at an Italian restaurant the team recommended. The room had a comfortable bed, heavenly to rest in after a long day. The location was AMAZING!!!
The pool was closed for technical reasons. This was not communicated in advance, a big disappointment. The spa seemed not clean. Breakfast was slow. I needed to ask twice.

I adored the spacious room i got. it included separate sitting areas with comfortable sofas. the bathroom had heated floors and premium toiletries. So good. the staff promptly addressed all my requests. they ensured my stay was smooth and so nice.
the gym equipment seemed slightly outdated. it still worked fine, but new ones could elevate the experience.

the spa visit included use of the pool, sauna, and steam room. towels, slippers, and a dressing gown were provided. the showers had high-end shower gels. the staff checked on me and provided water and juice.

The pool area lacked cleanliness. There were no towels available. the pool seemed full of kids jumping and splashing, and it made it difficult to relax. it really wasn't what i wanted, especially given the cost.
